5. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service generates suggestions using AI models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing all content before submitting it to employers.

6. Plans & Billing

The Service is currently offered free of charge with usage quotas. We may introduce paid plans in the future; any changes will be announced in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. The Service, its branding, and software are owned by patchcv.dev.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, patchcv.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any employment outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of patchcv.dev, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
